· Manage/supervise mechanical technicians, engineers, and powerhouse teams.
· Plan/execute/conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of powerhouses, Firefighting station & related systems, maintenance of weigh bridges. He should be able to conduct diesel engines major and top overvaulting’s specially CAT & Cummins brand Engines with more than 1 MW capacity engines.
· Plan and conduct engines related powerhouse related engines tests and other analysis.
· Should be able to handle Software side of engines.
· Root causes analysis of failures plan/execute/conduct remedial action as well.
· Keep track of failures, remedial action, and modification, if any, related to the powerhouses and weigh bridges.
· Plan/execute/conduct corrective action for continuous improvement to improve safety and/or efficiency of powerhouses
· Utilization of Maximo (maintenance planning software) for work-orders, inventory management and purchase requisition
