Job brief

We are looking for a Lead Telemarketer to generate leads by calling US healthcare customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Calling US medical offices/hospitals using a given phone directory to generate leads
Use scripts to qualify the leads
Keep records of calls and leads and record required information

Requirements and skills

2 to 3 years experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successful lead generation - preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Persistent and results-oriented
Degree in BBA, MBA
