A.      Essential Responsibilities: 

  1. Recruitment & Selection:

·Understanding the Employee Requisition from the concerned department and draft a job description and getting it approved from the Departmental Manager.

·Sourcing, Screening & shortlisting the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.

·Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects.

·Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.

·Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.

·Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.

 

  1. Induction/On-boarding and Employee record Maintenance:

·   When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him offer letter on joining the services, issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement or policies.

·   Giving a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed by the company.

·   Properly filing relevant document of the new employee as required.

·   Introducing him/her to the team and Departmental manager.

·   Explaining the mode of communication.

·   Coordinating with the IT team to get his email id made & makes the sitting arrangements.

·   Coordinating with relevant department/bank for the account opening of the new employee.

·   Maintain all the Employee record including filling, scanning and online record maintenance.

 

  1. HR Policies and HR Manual
  • Amending the existing policies and procedures.
  • Making sure that the policy is disseminated and implemented

 

  1.  Attendance and Leave records.
  • Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees and keeping an online/offline track of the leaves taken.
  • Seeing to it that there is not much absenteeism on any given day.
  • Seeing to it that no employee is irregular and if there are such people and take corrective and/or preventive measures.

 

  1. Compensation and benefits:

·         Handling all employee enquiries & grievances; provides guidance if necessary.
