Job description: We are Craftive Design, a web development firm that creates e-commerce and CMS based websites for a broad range of clients. Our collaborative team has a great work ethic and a laid-back work environment. We are seeking a Front End Developer / WordPress Integrator with real world experience in implementing and managing such websites.
SKILLS: Demonstrated ability to cut up, plan and implement a CMS-based website (ideally WordPress) from start to finish. Crafting responsive layouts Delivering high quality standards of cut-up from PSD to HTML / CSS / jQuery Writing semantic and well formed HTML and CSS Strong understanding of browser support & graceful degradation Proficiency with cross-browser, cross-platform issues Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with multiple CMS platforms
BIG PLUSES: Webflow and Wix Experience Understanding of PHP & MySQL A demonstrated knack for learning can trump any of the skills/requirements listed above. You must be able to work on multiple projects at a time, have thorough attention to detail, and most importantly — enjoy your line of work!
