Trademor, an Authorized Channel Partner of Alibaba.com in Pakistan, is looking for a competitive and passionate Service Executive for the servicing of their overseas clientele.

Responsibilities include communicating directly with international clients, providing excellent consultatory services, maintaining customer satisfaction and a professional standard.

Requirements:

• Past experience in a customer service role preferred.

• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms.

• 0-1 year of experience.

• Extremely proficient in English speaking and writing (required).

• Resourceful and adaptable in meeting each client’s particular needs.

• Should be eager to learn and have a collaborative spirit.

• Ensure projects are handled efficiently and on schedule.

• International working hours. (6 p.m - 2 a.m PKT)
