- Resposible for performing DCVG survey.
- Resposible for performing closed interval potential survey(CIPS).
- Resposible for performing cathodic protection assessment.
- Resposible for performing indirect inspection of pipeline survey.
- Responsible for inspection related with pipeline current mapper (PCM).
- Definition of the anticorrosion strategy using CP/ COATING / PAINTING / CHEMICAL TREATMENT/ CRA (corrosion resistant alloy) in order to optimize quality and costs.
Issuing of engineering corrosion philosophy document including pipeline and Topside equipment review. Interface with Equipment / Electrical/ Instrumental engineering disciplines
Transfer of the corrosion strategy to the discipline responsible of CP / Painting and Coating design.
Design of the chemical treatment and CRA.
Interfacing with Installation Engineering Functions to solve the anti-corrosion problems of different projects.
Definition of laboratory experimental work in corrosion field.
Check the condition of machines after opening from wooden boxes and inspect each one and also make damage report of the machines
Check each one parts of machines before assembly such as extruders, Shot blaster, cooling towers and internal painting and shot blasting machines.
Verify the exact installation place of the machines according to drawing.
Inspection of rotary and stationary equipments
Verify the maximum capacity of the each one machines such as water pump, shot blaster, Epoxy unit, adhesive extruder, polyethylene extruder, internal shot blaster & internal coating.
Check the hydraulic cylinders such as pistons and length and ensure that hydraulic cylinder is properly up and down during commissioning.
Make a list of all spare parts of the coating plant local & imported which are required in future.
