• ERP & I.T Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of ERP systems and participates in projects to implement, test and design ERP system and applications. Resolves ERP related hardware, software and system problems. 
  • Supervises, analyzes the priorities, ERP support staff’s workload; assigns work to staff; monitors the completion of assignments, ensures timely and accurate responses to request for assistance.
  • Coordinates support to the General Ledger, Sales and Accounts Receivables, Purchase and Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Inventory Control and supply change management system through ERP.
  • Coordinate the queries from employee side with software company for resolution.
  • Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
  • Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the organization to help define user needs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
  • Design, develop and maintain reports used throughout ERP system.
  • Adding to the continuous improvement in the current working environment.
  • Timely coordination for set up and configuration of all new user requests and user access change request.
  • Identification of training need analysis and to train employees on ERP.
  • To keep in contact with software comany In order to make sure smooth operation of ERP or for any new query.
  • Throughout coordination with manager operation for new development in the system.
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
  • Research current and potential resources and services
  • Resolve problems regarding software or hardware and networking with tight deadlines.
  • Responsible for maintenance and repair of printers, faxes, Exchange, Copier with liaison with vendors where required.
  • To coordinate with vendors for the service of broadband.
  • To operate CCTV cameras, regular backups and their periodic software or hardware maintenance as and when required.
  • To maintain servers, periodic backup and maintenance as required and be able to recover from undesired circumstances when it occurs
