Customer Care Representative

Shahi Sawari is looking for smart, self driven, well spoken & enthusiastic Customer Support Executives who would be responsible for receiving, investigating & responding to all customer queries. Customer support department is the mouth and ears of Shahi Sawari and if you have that knack to understand people, resolve their concerns and create a perfect brand image, we would love to take you on board.

Responsibilities

Interact & respond patiently with the customers via phone, email or online chat concerning various care issues & resolve quickly
Assist with Inbound and Outbound calls for rickshaw bookings
Tracking & reporting of relevant customer concerns
Coordinating with the internal department and escalate issues to the TL as and when required
Follow up with customers & ensure they are satisfied with the resolution provided
Work simultaneously with multiple databases
Capturing and applying customer feedback to improve our service delivery standards

Pre-requisites:

Prior relevant experience of 6 months will be preferred
Graduate or equivalent
Prior knowledge of customer service ethics
Should be versatile, patient, ability to multitask and quick response time
Excellent written and verbal communication
