Shahzad Textile Mills requires an GeneralManager Marketingfor our Socks & Hosiery Division, where we offer ample opportunities of learning and high prospects of growth linked with performance & commitment. Candidates with some relevent experience in Socks or Garments Industry will be preferred. The position is respionsible for acquiring, managing, and cordinating with customers, as well as overseeing the merchandising and sourcing departments.Given that we are moving towards digital management, high computer competency is a must. We need a task and deadline driven person who can work well under pressure.The position is based in Sheikhupura and free transportation will be available from our Head Office in Gulberg-Lahore to the factory site. - Implementing SOPs and KPIswithin departmentm- We are Systems Driven
-Plan and Coordinate Marketing/Sales activities for Global Exports
- Price Negotiation and Terms/Condition Settlement
- Managing Sourcing and Merchandising Teams
- Managing Customers Relations and Development
- Keeping Website Updated and GeneratingMarketing Content
- Sales Forecasting
- Some Technical Knowledge for Socks & Hosiery Operations
- Costings and Quotation Preparations
- Sales Contracts Issuance and Follow Up
- Domestic & International Travelling
- Managing fairs, exhibitions, conferences in connection with sales
- Support to Product DevelpmentProccess Flow & Management
- Knowledge of Export Regulations and Terms
- Team Building and Management of Sales Team / Networks
- Preparing Sales & Marketing Budgets
