Major Job responsibilities are:
- Coordinate with legal and Tux consultant for any type of Taxation and Corporate inquiry of FBR and SECP;
- For any type of legal proceedings support and coordinate with a legal consultant in compliance with
Government departments;
- Provide the data for annual income tax returns filing of all directors and company to tax consultant;
- All Filings and compliances of the company with SECP;
- Prepare and deposit monthly withholding income tax challans under various sections of Income Tax
ordinance 2001 through for portal;
- Prepare and submit withholding Income Tax statements as before due date on quarterly biannual and annual basis on Iris;
- Prepare and submit monthly annexure C of sales tax returns on STRIVE;
- Prepare and submit monthly sales tax returns;
- Deposit sales Tax Liabilities and submit sales tax returns as on or before the due date;
- Prepare and deposit employees old-age benefits institutions (EOBI) challan on monthly basis;
- Prepare and deposit challan Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) on monthly basis;
- Support in training to the staff regarding preparing and updating accounting records or the entity on monthly basis via customized accounting software;Check Bank Reconciliation statements on weekly basis;
- Reconcile sales and purchase register on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Reconcile fixed assets register as on monthly and annual basis; MAJOR ASSIGNMENTS HANDLED DURING JOB:
- Training of ERP to HIPL staff with the support of software entity;
- Change of Name on electricity bill from CEO to company name from IESCO;
- Prepare Payroll system of the entity as per local laws;
- Prepare and reconcile all directors income tax returns and wealth statement for the year 2021;
- Support in preparing and compliance of sales lax inquiries U/S 11, 26and 33;
- Support in preparing and compliance or income tax inquiries U/5176; and
- Form45 filing with SECP
