Discription:

Provide Technical support to staff and customers
Organizing, attending and participating in Job/Project related meetings with client.
Maintaining and monitoring Job/Project plans, Job/Project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Supervising job tasks as and when required.
Developing job/project execution strategies.
Ensuring Job/Projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each Job/Project.
Assess Job/Project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Determining Job/Project work related variations.
Formulate and make recommendations for implementations of corrective actions as and when needed.
Manage and resolve vendor issues as they arise.
Involve in the negotiation process with vendor as and when required.
Responsible for all on site logistics and labor coordination including management of subcontractor.
Provide weekly updates on the status of all assigned Job/Projects to the concern Head.
