- We are looking for IT Support Engineers who have good communication skills and can speak fluent English. The job responsibilities include
- Coordinate with international clients on email, skype and phone,
- Dispatch field support engineer when a ticket is received from the client
- Coordinate with the engineer on site for the site arrival, task completion and for task report and provide regular updates to client
- Recruit Field Support Engineers for different locations in Europe, this include job posting on job forum, shortlisting candidates and interview candidates on skype- build relationship with engineer and with client and partner companies.
- Take active involvement in process improvement and efficiency enhancements
