The Coordination Officer is responsible to ensure the identification and mapping of COVID-19 tests and vaccination centers.
Responsible to organize and attend meetings with project stakeholders such as parliamentarians, celebrities, community leaders, line departments etc. and record minutes/ maintain attendance sheet accordingly.
The coordination officer is responsible to ensure the project activities assigned to him/ her are implemented successfully and in timely manner.
Support Project Manager and Program teams in creating, organizing, and spreading advocacy messages/ IEC materials in order to mobilize the community for COVID tests and to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
Ensure that project activities are adhered to the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and all documents and records are well maintained for each activity.
Prepare presentations on project activities and achievements for internal and external meetings.
To ensure that the project activities are well planned within the available budget and resources.
Support the Media Team in preparing press release.
Maintain working lesions with concerned government line departments to ensure the smooth implantation of assigned activities.
Ensure proper advocacy through community engagement and community sessions.
Ensure documentation and timely reporting on project activities to Project Manager and Program Teams.
Support Project Manager in preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports for the donors, finance and program teams.
Encounter project risks, issues and challenges and suggest solutions.
Provide support and assistance to Project Manager and Program team with the planning and implementation of project activities, reporting and record keeping, and coordination of resources and equipment.
Any other task assigned by the Project Manager and Program Teams.
