Preparation / Review of Financial Statements
Preparation / presentation of Annual Budget
Coordination with banks regarding maintenance of accounts and compliance with state bank regulations
Preparation of Variance Budget Vs Actual for Executive Committee
Payment & reporting of restricted accounts.
Coordination with internal Auditor & Compliance (Head Office & Projects)
Supervision of Interim and final project reports
Discussion / Finalization of Project Financial Reports with Donors.
Finalization of Project Financial Reports
Coordination / Compliance of legal Obligation i.e. Income Tax, EOBI & Tax Consultant
Coordination with FBR regarding Tax Audits / Queries.
Coordination with external auditors in Head Office & Project audits.
Coordination with external auditors Projects
Verification / Checking of payment, receipts and adjustments, Head office / Projects
Supervision / Verification of monthly payroll of Head Office & Project employees
Preparation of Monthly Bank reconciliations,
Coordination with related parties for reconciliations
Assist / counsel the support staff in preparation of reports i.e. Budget, departmental reports etc.
All other assignments assigned by the management
