We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance for SIHT Private Limited (sister Company of Shifa International Hospitals Limited).

Preparation / Review of Financial Statements
Preparation / presentation of Annual Budget
Coordination with banks regarding maintenance of accounts and compliance with state bank regulations
Preparation of Variance Budget Vs Actual for Board of Directors
Coordination with internal Auditor & Compliance
Finalization of Financial Reports and external audit;
Coordination / Compliance of legal Obligation i.e. Income Tax, EOBI & Tax Consultant
Coordination with FBR regarding Tax Audits / Queries.
Coordination with external auditors
Verification and approval of monthly payroll
Finalization of Monthly Bank reconciliations,
Coordination with related parties for reconciliations
Assist / counsel the finance department in preparation of reports i.e. Budget, departmental reports etc.
Any other task assigned by the management.
