Develop and implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
Develop activity and result based indicators in order to measure the progress.
Develop and implement appropriate Monitoring and Evaluation framework to track project deliverables, activities and progress against the agreed objectives between FIND and Shifa Foundation.
To ensure the transparency, the M&E Officer is responsible to conduct field monitoring visits, prepare reports, recommend corrective measures and share with Program teams.
Develop database for the assigned project, ensure that the data is being updated/ managed on regular basis and readily available for analysis and further sharing with Program teams and donors when required.
Ensure quality checks on project data, including data validation, data cleaning and data verification.
Support the program teams in developing tools for pre and post assessments of COVID-19 tests centers in the intervention areas.
Assist the program teams and Project Manager in processing reports on data, including pre and post assessment reports of COVID-19 tests centers.
Review project reports, conduct desk monitoring on regular basis, measure project progress and share feedback with program teams.
Support the Project Manager and Program team in developing weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and project completion reports.
Develop case studies, success stories and document impact of the intervention.
