- Support Project team in developing IEC materials, including Social media posts, press release, blogs, and social media contents etc.
- Ensure that all communications and IEC materials are attractive, creative and aligned with project goal and objectives
- Process reports on data received/ collected from the social media.
- Launch and run advocacy campaign for COVID-19 test through appropriate social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, snapchat and tiktok etc.
- Maintain project archives including activities photos and videos
- Ensure that effective social media strategy is developed and implemented within the budget and agreed timeline
- Attend and participate in project activities i.e. meetings, seminars, community mobilization process, and training/ sessions to take pictures and make video clips for maintaining digital media archive and social media and main stream media campaigns.
- Keeping in view the demographics, age and gender segregations, the Social Media Officer will generate reports on beneficiaries reached through different social media platforms
- Support the Project Manager and Program Team in preparing internal and external reports
- Respond to questions and comments asked by the beneficiaries on social media platforms
- Support in preparing press release and reports for newsletters.
- Assist the M&E Team in data management, data cleaning, data validation, and data analysis
- Any other task assigned by Project Manager and Program Teams.
