- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, including but not limited to the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, and the Ministry of Health
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance to the hospital leadership team
- Coordinate and manage regulatory inspections and respond to inquiries and investigations from regulatory authorities
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure that the hospital is aware of and complies with any changes in regulations or guidelines
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports, such as license applications and renewal applications
- Serve as the hospital's representative in meetings with regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood and followed
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records related to regulatory compliance
- Ensure that the hospital maintains all necessary licenses and permits
