- Provide a friendly, caring and safe environment for hostel residents, monitor all aspects of daily supervision and care responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Ensure discipline and cleanliness at the hostel.
- Maintain list and record of hostel residents.
- Manage Petty cash expenses of the hostel.
- Oversee the budget and expenses of the hostel.
- Ensure quality & quantity of food served to the hostel residents.
- Address complaints and resolve problems.
- Lead an effective, cohesive team ensuring regular communication and team meetings.
- Follow robust sign in / sign out procedures.
