Conduct and supervise all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job advertisements, updating SIH job portal timely, documentation, and any other related activity
Maintain a well-structured CV data base
Coordinate and ensure that orientation activities and documentation is completely timely
Communicate efficiently with respective departments to ensure the needs are met in a timely and effective manner
Perform background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts and credentials
Review Employee file completely to ensure proper documentation has been done
Facilitate staff and ensure any problems and delays are addressed accordingly
Promote compliance with all policies, procedures and protocols applicable to the job function
