- Maintain internal controls and monitor the departmental operations cycle process for successful targets and achievements
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Write a business plan for the area assigned, which incorporate seamless patient care, increased revenue, and cost-saving, defining targets and defining benefit that can be achieved.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established goals & objectives and supports Company revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related services, markets, or trends.
- Analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
- Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Achieve performance targets relevant to the respective output units.
- Delivery of agreed performance indicators in relation to clinical outcomes and clinical efficiency.
- Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Analyze advertising policies such as media campaigns, size of ads, media placement, content, and presentation.
- Deal with the insurance companies and close the contracts
