Requirements:

A suitable candidate for this role would be:

Holding at least a Bachelor's degree.
Possessing excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Must have gained at least a 1 to 2 years’ experience in rendering Telephonic support services to international clients based especially in the US, Europe or Canada.
