The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for maintaining product data and provide customer service.

Manage product listing and update data as and when required for new products and existing ones.
Manage customer order confirmations and communicate with warehousing operations accordingly.
Provide customer service on phone, chat, whats-app and social platforms.
Provide product related advise to the customer for alternatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve and customer concerns related to packaging, speed of shipping and others.
