As a customer solutions consultant, you will be contacting current and potential business customers and effectively provide technical support related to our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Have a track record as consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving high-technology environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt new technologies.
  • Basic Accounting and Networking Knowledge is preferred.
  • Call & Tech support exposure.
  • Looking for stability, progress and long-term professional goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English read / write / verbal. Must be able to Host and provide consultation to end customers.
  • Strong proven customer services experience.
  • Strong passion for customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shift timings will be Evening / Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:00 am)
  • Preference will be given to experienced male candidates.

Training:

  • ERP product training will be provided once onboard.
