Signup Solution is a US-based company and we are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager with a minimum of 8 years of web development experience ideally with the healthcare-related applications and a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

You will work closely with the CEO to bring the products to life, so you will need to be ready for a challenge! There is a lot of scope for the opportunity and you will be able to bring your own ideas to the table as you work with a company made up of enthusiastic industry experts who are passionate about innovation and software development.

You will manage a team of developers responsible for back-end development across multiple web platforms.

You should have strong leadership and coaching skills and the ability to structure and lead the team. You must enjoy being creative and solving complex problems.

Requirements:

Strong management & leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Customer-facing experience from US region.
Flexibility to attend meetings with US region overlapping their time zone.
Recognize and promote excellent performance, and address under-performance
Identify and support the growth of talents, provide feedback and look after people’s personal development
Conduct annual and mid-year Appraisal reviews
Focus on supporting the business priorities
Conduct Probation review meetings
Guide new hires through their on-boarding and induction process
Collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure a joined-up approach to the development of staff
Good technical architecture experience
Experience in working on a recognized web platform
Server infrastructure - On-premises, GCP, and AWS.
C# and other web technologies like JavaScript, Vue.js, Bootstrap
Core coding expertise still hands-on
