Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including in-house servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications and peripherals.
- Systems up gradation, installations, and conversions and file maintenance.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff.
- Configuring Server OS, maintaining servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment.
- Work on Domains, IP Schemes, Static IPs, Online Devices, Application Servers.
- Work and execute Network Security, Database Backup, Replication, Tuning, System Imaging.
- Management of Network LAN, VPN, VLAN, Routing switching
- Installation and maintenance of CCTV Cameras.
- Resolve problems reported by the end-user
- Analysis of IT Structure & Troubleshooting for problem/solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in IT a MUST and 2-3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in a IT support role
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Excellent at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
