- Develop and update audit scope and take approval from Chief Executive Officer.
- Plan whole months audit related activities in accordance with approved audit scope and present to Chief Executive Officer for approval.
- Always comply with approved audit calendar and update Chief Executive Officer accordingly.
- Responsible to perform stock audit in raw material store and finished good warehouse on Monthly basis by physical count.
- Verify stock ledger validate entries and ensure they are up to date.
- Identify pending GRNs if any and report accordingly.
- Responsible to perform monthly cash audit directly by checking the cash account on monthly basis.
- Responsible to audit monthly financial statements submitted by Accounts Department.
- Randomly check compliance of departmental processes in all departments.
- Make surprise checks to verify adherence to defined process in normal course of routines especially for biosecurity.
- Conduct pre-audit of all documents (like: cash summary, expense vouchers, cash payments vouchers, transactions & accounts reconciliations)
- Conduct pre-audit of payments to vendor against purchases.
- Responsible to audit the entries made by accounts staff into the software.
- Responsible to post audit all delivery orders and sales invoices.
- Pre-audit all management and non-management staff payroll for transparency and accuracy on priority to facilitate on disbursement of salaries.
- Compile separate audit reports for financial audit, stock audits and departmental audits and present to Chief Executive Officer.
