Objectives
One core role performed by the R&D team is to build exceptional standard operating procedures that can consistently deliver upon the business objectives, we are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented individuals who gravitate toward a process-driven approach to solving operational challenges within the R&D function.
Responsibilities
The R&D team will be responsible for developing & managing the R&D function, striving to develop high-tech logistics and supply chain solutions that will deliver customized value to its customers.
This position plays a strategic role in developing the R&D function's capability to systematically prioritize and glean the supply chain business requirements and develop technical and execution capabilities.
Essential Functions and Job Duties:
Building the R&D function: Responsible for developing the processes, systems, and methods to provide 360-degree evaluation for the supply chain planning & strategies.
Hiring & building an exceptional team: Putting a massive focus on building an exceptionally talented departmental team & developing the learning culture would be the core focus area of this role.
Client Selection and Relationship: Manage business teams, and operational and clerical employees, to achieve the fulfillment of customer expectations and contractual requirements.
Building vendor pool & capability: This will be crucial to the success of this logistical business. The focus will be to build a flexible, technically capable & reliable pool of vendors.

Required Qualifications
- MBA Supply Chain Management.
- 1-3 Years of Experience In an R&D Role.
