SkyQuest is looking for a young and energetic male candidate who can join us as an Administrative Assistant.

Educational Background:

  • Fresh Diploma/BA/Bcom/ACCA with good computer literacy and accounting knowledge

 Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have administrative support experience in a professional environment (preferably in an IT/Software company).
  • Provide administrative services, word-processing, and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Must have decent verbal and written English skills.
  • Must be able to handle phone calls, basic client/vendor dealing, and efficient administrative correspondence over email.
  • Must have good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office, Emailing and Accounting tools.
  • The candidate would be required to oversee and coordinate all of the office administrative activities including maintaining office decorum, organizing & scheduling meetings, managing files/records, and communicating effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure the maintenance and alteration of office premises, equipment, and inventory as well as arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
  • Manage all billing and general office maintenance and administration work.

Other Details:

  • Must have own bike with a valid license (will receive fuel allowance)
  • Must be honest and trustworthy
  • Must be well behaved and organized
  • Candidates with around 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in administration or secretarial support are encouraged to apply.
  • Shift timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM + 1-hour lunch break
