• To serves as a liaison between sales teams, various departments, and between sales personnel and current / future clients.
  • To provide administrative support and are involved in both the pre-sale and post-sale process.
  • To help sales teams to be more effective; they help departments implement and execute key business strategies.
  • Scheduling appointments, formal business communication, assisting in the onboarding of new sales talent and maintain customer databases.
  • Coordinates customer service. Provides information on the unit's policies, products and equipment and makes recommendations based on customer requirements. Ensures prompt response and efficient use of unit's resources. Determines whether enquiries are of a technical nature and refers these to the appropriate technician.
  • Verifies and approves payment of supplier invoices, repairs and maintenance contracts. Rectifies any problems with suppliers. Monitors accounting statements for discrepancies and follows up on corrections. 
  • Monitors the preparation of bills and the balancing of cash receipts. Oversees the maintenance of transaction records and the compilation of data on the use of equipment and services.
