Qualifications: Bachelors / MBA in Human Resources
Minimum Experience: 5 + years generalist experience covering the broad area of the job preferably in a service related or FMCG environment

Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
