A well -established Group is looking for competent and highly motivated females to fill out the vacant positions of Social Media Analyst for monitoring of the social media and helping the group to improve its digital presence.
Key Responsibilities: -
· Analyzing and drawing up daily, weekly and monthly reports for all social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
· Daily monitoring, posting and content development
· Managing social media accounts and groups/forums
· Creating mini videos for social media platforms as and when required
· Identify habits of online users/customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
· Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase group branding initiatives
· Coordinate with the concerned Internal stakeholders and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns
· Ensure timely and appropriate responses to users, customers and followers’ queries and comments
· Prepare status reports on social media efforts and success rate
· Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit the Group
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
· Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator/Monitor
· Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
· Good knowledge and understanding of current affairs
· In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
· Experience with social media management tools
· Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems is preferred)
· Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Time management and multitasking skills
· Bachelor degree in Communications or related field
· Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management will be preferred
