  • Work on preparing multiple quotes for clients for computer hardware and software
  • Present quotes to clients and follow-up with clients. 
  • Maintain hardware and software warranty, support and licenses for our clients
  • Once the quote is approved, order hardware and software
  • Manage and maintain good relationship with vendors
  • Stay on top of the order by tracking order and provide ETA for all orders
  • Regularly update clients with their order status
  • Order office refreshments
  • Order and manage office inventory, tools and equipment
  • Multitasking with quotes and orders.
  • Assign service request (tickets) and stay on top of tickets
  • Assist with scheduling resources
  • Order/maintain/organize/document software and hardware warranty and licenses
  • Documentation is extremely important
  • Willing to work from 9pm – 6am Pakistan time

Education, Experience, Skills and Attributes: 

  • BA/BS or Equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Project     
  • Experience w/ ticketing & quotation Apps i.e. ConnectWise and QuoteWerks or similar
  • Experience with scheduling resources, High Tech experience.    
  • 5+ years plus of customer support experience.        
  • Above average knowledge on MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, Excel, and Outlook.        Above average knowledge on Internet and intranet.     
  • Excellent organizational skills, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced office environment
  • Ability to exercise sound decision-making and good judgment.        
  • Demonstrate strong initiative; positive, outgoing and upbeat attitude.        
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy while performing job duties.       
  • Experience working with Confluence    
  • Maintain and organize documents on file servers and confluence         
  • Excellent overall communication skills, able to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally internally and vendors or others.  Ability perform under pressure, presentable and be able to interact with clients
