Database Developer

Solotech Labs (a project of Soloinsight Inc. USA) is looking for an experienced Database Developer who can database design, development, stability, reliability, performance and product support in Database department.

Responsibilities:

Database design with complete knowledge of RDBMS.
Write complex and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and functions in MYSQL/MS SQL.
Ensure code performance, stability, tuning, and reliability.
Follow standard software development life cycle methodologies
Profile server resource usage and optimize and tweak as necessary
Work independently and as a team member.
Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them with the input from management.
Prepare documentation and specifications
Define and document business requirements for verification from the offshore team and then document detail specifications for programming.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Handle client deployments for database objects, be able to maintain several release versions (if required)
Provide client technical support (if required)
Minimal DBA responsibilities (if required).

Skills:

Working, hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and other reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Be able to grasp complex concepts and ideas.
Logical Thinker.
