- Candidates having previous experience in Call Center Industry are highly preferable especially those who have worked in USA Campaigns.
- Must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have the ability to communicate and tackle the customer in an efficient and effective manner.
- Candidate must also have the basic knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel will be preferred.
- Ability to work in night shift.

- 6pm-3am, Saturday and Sunday are off
