We are looking for hardworking and dedicated customer support representative who will be responsible for handling customer queries.
Ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Exceptional English communication (verbal/written) skills.
- Should have very good typing speed.
- Candidate should be a creative content writer.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Candidates should have working experience of 1-2 years in customer support, who can work independently, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Work Type:
- Email Support representative.
- Live chat support representative.
Qualification:
- Bachelor science in (English or Communications or relevant area)
- Ielts or English language course (Optional | Preferred)
Working hours : 11AM to 08PM
Degree Required for Contract:
Any original Degree(Matric, FSC or Bachelor) submission will be required to start a contract with SolutionWin Technologies.
Minimum Contract Duration: 1 year
