This role is entrusted with the responsibility of;
- Effective curriculum implementation as per The Educators philosophy
- The achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks as per TE Scheme of Work and DLPs.
- Provide professional, democratic, dynamic and firm leadership to the School community.
- Maintain an effective public relationing system for all stake holders
- Monitor record keeping procedures in compliance with the TE.
- School based professional development of teaching staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of School Property
- Supervise all financial handling including fee receivable, imprest detail etc in collaboration with Administration and Accounts Staff.
