Responsibilities:
- Increase customer acquisition (follower, engagement) through social channels (content production, PR, etc), build and maintain the brand image.
- End-to-end responsibility for online branding & marketing, marketing plan & budgeting.
- Responsible for marketing analytics, market research, and analysis of the competition.
- Handling public relations and corporate communications.
- Developing new, and enhancing existing business relationships.
- Providing leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs.
Key Performance Indicators - KPIs:
- Social media channel follower and engagements (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok)
- Revenue growth or market share growth

- Aware of the latest marketing trends and topics
- Good aesthetic/taste for visual work
- Creative mind on the content production(video, image, tagline, topic, etc)
