The Role: Implementation Specialist – On Premise

The Team: Client Management plays a crucial role in our SNL Banker and Software Solutions business - as the primary contacts responsible for enhancing and evolving our client experience. Success measures are net renewal rate, follow-on SOW Sales and client usage.

The Impact: We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist for SNL Banker On-Premise clients. In this role in the SNL Banker client management team, you will be working with On-Premise clients to ensure a smooth and successful implementation through client on-boarding, building relationships, driving adoption, and empowering ownership of the SNL Banker solution on the client side.

The Location: Pakistan

Responsibilities:

Supporting the development of the overall relationship with assigned clients – including the core team interacting with our solutions, key influencers and senior stakeholders.
Understanding clients’ workflows – and the associated use cases for our solutions through product training, aligning our standard install report packages with client needs and focused executive release management.
Providing consultative guidance on best practices for deep solution adoption - advising on product capabilities, updates and potential application to clients’ unique requirements
Providing client-specific deliverables - including client reporting requests and training
Working collaboratively with various functions in S&P in support of your clients - including escalating client issues; stakeholder management together with the implementation team on client projects.
Staying current on banking industry related news, trends, and best practices.
Maintaining internal knowledge of clients

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years of related experience in banking, financial technology or consulting
General knowledge about Finance or Operations for national banks, community banks or credit unions would be desirable. This knowledge may have been obtained by working in Banking or working for a Financial Technology / Consulting provider servicing Banking clients.
Prior experience of driving software adoption or automation of processes (from a business rather than technology perspective)
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders within an organization
A team player who has the gravitas to build trust with clients.
A skilled communicator, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and simply.

Grade/Level (relevant for internal applicants only): GL 9
