Work Shift: This is a night-shift position. You should be able to work in any other shift depending upon business requirements

The Role: We are searching for someone who is passionate about the clients they serve and are looking to join a dynamic global team. These individuals will build relationships with sales people, relationship managers, and product managers involved in the sales process, as well as colleagues within the organization, including our S&P Global corporate partners, to support the commercial organization and ultimately, our clients.

As regulatory burdens and compliance requirements increase, our Client Deliverables team’s goal is to provide our clients with the accurate and timely information they need in order to make key business decisions with confidence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supports assigned business by performing one or more of the following: RFPs, RFIs, Due Diligence, Risk Assessment, Financial Health, Legal & Compliance position, Information Security Practices and HR policies, Business Continuity Plans.
• Collaborates with internal partners such as sales, commercial operations, product and legal to respond to customer responses, proposals, questionnaires and presentations. Executes day-to-day driven workflow and supports execution of the team's deliverables.
• Leads multiple projects and high-priority deadlines. Works with management to run, improve and socialize departmental processes for efficient operation of the team (deliverables tracking and metrics, assignment flows). Actively participates in process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrates effective social, written and verbal interpersonal skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience supporting and/or leading RFPs.

Experience/Skills:

• 1 to 3 Years to related work experience.
• Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with CRM databases (such as Salesforce.com) is preferred.
• Goal and action oriented, with ability to work towards revenue targets within a business development environment.
• Proven organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with internal partners at all levels of the business, internally and externally.
• Ability to lead multiple high-priority deadlines and projects, while also exhibiting flexibility and resilience in the face of changing business needs.
