Responsible to implement execution plan of International Import and Export operations.
Supervises operation processing international import and export shipments
To process all types of customs inward & outward permits including preparation of export documentations.
To coordinate shipment arrangement with the suppliers/vendor of the airfreight operations.
To manage all administration matters relating to the air operation set up.
Supervises day-to-day airport operations within airlines internal compliance regulations
Works closely with Pakistan Customs department and company Imports/Exports clearing Agent to ensure correct processing of shipments
To coordinate and execute the cross-trade business of other countries related to Pakistan business.
To support the network/agent business in response to shipment arrangement and information as and when required.
Ensures cost effectiveness of ops through established control of equipment, utilities, vendors, & supplies.
Controls movement and activities of all related products to ensure maximum efficiency.
Expedites the daily activities of all operation functions ensuring client satisfaction is successfully achieved and company policies adhered to with the goal of maximizing profitability for the company.
To generate reports as and when required.
Arranges the movement of freight on behalf of the origin or destination service centers.
Develops, implements and monitors compliance with standard gateway operations procedures.
Conducts meetings to provide employees w/ info regarding division/ops; applies consistent admin of disciplinary procedures.
Relationship building with airline staff/team
