• Support day-to-day people operations activities and act as an initial point of contact to perform any task or resolve any issue (if arise)
  • Conducting performance evaluations and appraisal reviews
  • Create and Maintain payroll system
  • Conducting background check of job applicants or new hires. 
  • Ensuring completion of official documentation of new and existing members.
  • Regular document audit
  • Maintaining people records ensures accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Someone with 2 years of prior experience in People operations
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Able to establish and maintain congenial work relationships with team members in course of work- Proficient in using reporting tools and analytics
  • Time Management- Decision making and judgment skills
  • Conflict management
