Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
Increase business by following up on potential leads.
Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.
Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Set up meetings with potential real estate clients in site office.
Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.

Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
Ability to build relationships with clients Ability to operate a personal computer
Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
Ability to customize proposals and presentations to match the clients need
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to network effectively among the business community.
