-Candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience in garments stitching organization.
-Should be able to check the stitching quality of karate uniforms.
-Excellent knowledge about stitching fabrics and processing.
-Should be able to manage a workforce of around 300-400 workers.
-Should be able to communicate day to day production problems and update on production orders status.
-Understands the process of Chain manufacturing and relayed problems
-Target oriented
- Knows about quality assurance and how to set it up
-Should be proficient in MS excel and MS word
