StockInPak, an E-Commerce based company is looking for Operations Officer having prior experience in the related field.
Responsibilities:
- Routine operation tasks. Monitor on time performance for all routes through dispatch function in parcels.
- Proactively communicate with courier not performing to customer requirements.
- Alert Supervisor of all issues / concerns for routes not performing up to standards immediately.
- Maintain a daily detailed shift report .
- Proactively follows up on and resolves any internal and customer issues or escalates appropriately
