SCOPE:
This person should be a combination of Finance plus IT procurement. Hands on experience in procurement of IT components online in US market Negotiate on price with different Vendors in US market Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications.
- Coordinating with FBR in all matters of Income Tax & Sales Tax, including audit.
- Filling of statements and returns under various applicable tax laws.
- Monthly & Annual filling of Withholding Tax Return & Sales Tax Return.
- Ensure that tax is properly deducted on payments to Vendors & Employees and deposited in Government Treasury in time.
- Foreign client reporting including invoicing, receivables coordination.
- Supervise monthly & annual closing of books of accounts.
- Preparation of Financial Statements & Management Accounts both for Company’s & outsourced / US client.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets.
- Comparison of projections with actual results.
- Supervising the payable related matters.
- Overall responsibility for smooth operations of the day to day treasury functions.
- Ensure compliance of all internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Liaison with Banks and other Companies.
- Actual and Budgeted Cash Flow presentation and effective Cash management.
- Keep track of cash flow and Petty cash.
- Petty cash and office floats for various matters.
- Ensure that Payroll is paid accurately and in time.
- Checking and verifying the Bank Reconciliations and ensure that all adjustments and charges are accurately recorded.
- Market watch relating to interest and profit rates, exploring new opportunities.
- Maintaining overall Documentation approved.
- Execute & Supervise Internal and external Audit.
- Update Ledgers with Trail balances and purpose of transections.
- Prepare and Generate salary slips to all employees on monthly bases.
- Issuance of account opening letters.
- Keep track of all medical insurance claims.
- Attendance working hours assessment.
- Online inventory management using QuickBooks.
- Should have excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer components and their specification is preferred.
