To handle all the customer queries and complaints over the phone and in the premises.
To maintain the cleanliness of the office by supervising the office boy.
He will be responsible for packing of material which will be dispatched o customers.
Requirements:
The candidate should be a graduate with 16 years of education in any discipline. He should be able to communicate in English and Urdu. Candidates with call center experience will be preferred.
He should have complete command on using computer. eg Microsoft office, Instagram, Facebook etc
He should be punctual and not a frequent switcher.
