Conduct and coordinate with management to ensure timely recruitment, interviews, orientation and training and development of employees.
Conducting Annual Employees’ Appraisals, data collection & analysis
Processing of error-free monthly payroll and final settlements
Support HR strategy in implementing various HR initiatives in liaison with all stakeholders
Support delivery of end to end HR services
Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes
Address employee queries and grievances and act as a go to person for the staff
