Check freshness of food and ingredients.
Supervise and coordinate activities of the kitchen and other food peeps.
Develop recipes and determine how is present the food.
Plan menu and ensure inform serving sizes and quality of meal.
Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functional.
Hire train and supervisor Cooks.
Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards.
