We are looking for Manager Supply Chain and Stores. Candidate must have experience of atleast 5 years of working at managerial position in supply chain or procurement department of any organization. Experience with construction industry will be preferred. Major job responsibilities includes:
1- Restructuring of supply chain of SHT (Linking Sales, Inventory, Godowns, Purchase and Dispatch).
2- Assessment of supply chain staff .
3- Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of supply chain (warehouse) activities with such activities as records control, dispatching and supplies.
4- Establishes operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
5- Training, developing and performance monitoring activities for subordinates.
6- Creating, distributing and updating handbooks and SOPs to educate employees.
7- Monitoring inventory levels by overseeing or performing daily cycle counts.
8- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system.
9- Manage & planning inventory level and warehousing/store space.
10- Regular reconciliation of stock.
11- Implementation of forecasting techniques.
12- Generate regular reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis to management.
13- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
